For my carpenter collecting friends. Made in Spain is not indicated, but certainly the brand and pencil is Spanish!
Founded in 1934 and based in Galicia, Spain. The previously used name of Johann Sindel is actually a product line of the Spanish manufacturer Hispania S.L., much like the Venus product line for the American Pencil Co. Johann Sindel was a German workshop manager who was specialized in the process of making pencils. He later gave up his name for the new line of pencils.
