Probably the most decorative pencil brand I know....Kita-Boshi. This pencil in particular is a little over the top!
This Tokyo-based company established its first factory in Saroma, Hokkaido, in 1913. In 1951 it became known as the Hokusai Pencil Co., Ltd., and still manufactures pencils today. Learn more at kitaboshi.co.jp.
