The former Yugoslavian company Tvornica Olovaka Zagreb changed its name to Grafos in 1952. The company then changed its name to STILOS and again to TOZ in 1961. TOZ Penkala Tvornica Olovaka Zagreb (translated "TOZ Pen and Pencil Factory of Zagreb") went bankrupt and closed in 2015. Zagreb is the capital and largest city in Croatia, formerly part of Yugoslavia until its breakup in 1991. UPDATE: 2020. The company's operations were restarted in 2016, after a brief period of inactivity. Now called TOZ Penkala.
