This is interesting. New York-based Atlantic Pencil Co. apparently became an eyebrow pencil manufacturer in its latter years. According to a 1963 report by the Daily News, the company's president, 47-year-old Daniel Rotholz, was gunned down outside of his Bronx apartment by a cosmetic salesman who sold items manufactured by Atlantic.
