Somewhat puzzling, these pencils were acquired in England; however, this example and two others are stamped “Made in U.S.A.” on the reverse. This raises the possibility that the company may have sourced blank pencils from the United States at some point. Another example is marked “British Make,” while still another is labeled “Bavaria.”
