I have 4 pencils from Romania with this Diamond mark. Not familiar with this manufacturer. Any information about this mark would be appreciated.
According to the Collins English Dictionary, "Dacia" was an ancient region in SE Europe, inhabited by a Thracian people; later, a Roman province (2nd-3rd century) that corresponded approximately to modern day Romania.
