The origin of this pencil is Bulgaria or Russia, however it is not indicated. The translation of maker is "Wood Pencil Factory" rather than the usual Hemus Pencil Co. A near identical pencil is made by L&C Hardtmuth...please see "Koh-I-Noor" 700B. Interesting both pencils are extra long colored lead with the Caduceus design.
Not much info on this Bulgaria-based pencil brand. The pencils look Russian because the Bulgarian writing is in Cyrillic.
