Bohemia Works is and was made by L&C Hardtmuth of the Czech Republic, formerly Czechoslovakia. I'm not sure when the brand was first established but it must have been after the mid 1950s to 1960s. Bohemia Works was the brand used by Hardtmuth to export products into countries that already had the Hardtmuth or Koh-I-Noor names taken by domestic companies.
