Silver Tip No.2

I've had the Silver Tip pencil since the beginning days of my collection.  Just another quazie brand name pencil or so I thought.  Recently I discovered a package of Silver Tip pencils with the Mallard Pencil Co. brand on it. Not sure why they did not put their brand on the pencil.
