Somewhat puzzling, these pencils were acquired in England; however, three others are stamped “Made in U.S.A.” on the reverse. It raises the possibility that the company may have sourced blank pencils from the United States at some point. This example is marked “British Make,” while another is labeled “Bavaria.”
