The Venus Pen & Pencil Co. although newer seem to me to be harder to find than the American Pencil Co Venus pencils.....not to mention with ferrule are more scarce than no ferrule issues.
Founded in 1860 as the American Lead Pencil Co., the New Jersey-based manufacturer changed its name in 1956 to match their popular line of Venus pencils (which were first introduced in 1905).
